We bring incoming tourists from Japan to Europe, more recently expanding into incoming tours from South East Asia to Europe, and the provision of wholesale hotel accommodation and related online products.

About the Department

As part of the Japan Division, the European Coordination department support Japanese client Group/FIT hotel bookings to ensure a comfortable stay in Europe.    

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking to recruit a Tour Operator within our European Coordination department to handle tours for groups and individual clients from Japan.

We cover all of the European countries and our main purpose is to support our clients by coordinating any matters that arise with hotels for tours in Europe. This involves liaising with Network offices in European countries, Call Centres in Japan and hotel booking clerks in our office.

Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate would be responsible for the general tour coordination in Europe, in addition to the following duties:

• Using OSCAR system for series packaged tours or group organised tours
• Locate client’s hotel, booking conditions and rates
• Communicate with relevant booking clerks and network offices
• To read necessary message correspondence among relevant departments and offices
• Handling client requirements

We provide training sessions to offer you the opportunity to understand our clients, learn excellent customer service and a good hospitality manner to meet our service standards. .

Required Experience/Knowledge

Essential

• Fluent communication skills in Japanese / English
• Sound knowledge of MS office applications

Desirable

• Previous experience within travel/hospitality industry
